This forum has been created to exchange assessments, contributions and reflections arising from the analysis of the document "Draft Strategy for Open Science and Education in the institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education (MES) of the Republic of Cuba"

This course is designed to prepare teachers of higher education in the creation of virtual classrooms. It has a total of 128 hours classes, of which, 32 hours are face to face.
